Im having a hard time deciding what protein bar I should choose? Cost vs quality is my main concern? Would you say quest or combat bars?

Definitely combat bars you won't be disappointed. Choclate chip cookie dough is the greatest

If you are concerned about the money then just go with Quest bars.

Apparently your mind is made up

I looked into those, they look great only concern for me with those is if they will actually help curve my hunger. Since I notice there isnt much fiber.

Most of the bars are not that filling, especially the ones with lower macro's.

The bar that actually fills me up the most are Met Rx protein plus bars. I usually will have them for breakfast if i know i won't be able to have a bite for 3-4 hours especially when you drink a good amount of water with them

Though they contain sugar alchohol which can upset peoples stomach, but i enjoy the taste and they are filling

Quest bars by a mile. Irvine bars (peanut butter) over both.

Love and eat both but prefer Quest because they don't have a chocolate coating (it melts in my pocket/car).

Quest bars. Better chance for label accuracy. Not going to lie, I love the taste of the white chocolate raspberry Combat bars.

Fit crunch above all others.

Quest Bars and "curb hunger" don't belong in the same sentence. Delicious, but not filling at all.

Victory Bars are slightly more filling and have good macros. MetRx are the only ones I would describe as actually satiating but are higher calorie if that's a concern.
