View Full Version : In need of a good diet

I have been working hard for last 15 months and really really glad with my upper body [chest. biceps and triceps and also back].
Weight 160 lbs; height 5-9...I was 145 lbs one year earlier but tried to gain weight and succeeded in doing that.
But the problem lies with my abs/belly fat. It is just too much there.
Have been running 1-2 miles everyday for the last month, nothing changed.
Here is my Daily Schedule

10AM - Wake Up
11AM- Rice and Egg White + Some Vegs
3 PM- Salads w/ some junk foods; may be a little bread
6-8PM workout [5-6 days a week]
830PM- Whey Protein; w/ turkey sandwich
11PM- Rice, Chicken
2AM - Sleep.

Any suggestions and advises are welcome. I want to modify my diet for the whole day and also want to gain some more muscles.

Pizza to have a more palatable diet. Caloric deficit will get rid of belly fat.

My diet is already palatable to me, though would love to add some more meat. But don't have the money for that. :(.

Use the money you have budgeted for junk food on meat then. Or use meat instead of whey.
