20oz coffee in the am, 20oz coffee post lunch.

1-2L soda between 5p and 8p (or 9p with a 200mg pill at 8p for a night workout). If I don't cut it off by then, I'm up half the night.

12 oz in the morning before my morning walk, 12 oz in the evening to suppress hunger.

Probably like 200-400mg/day. I'm trying to quit cause it isn't really necessary for me to function. I'm just addicted to energy drinks.
EDIT: and those carbs are holding me back.

2-6 cups per day. Caffeine is like laxative, so it helps if you have constipation. :)

4 / 6 Cups of tea, no coffee & no fizzy drinks.

I'm English so tea's pretty much part of our staple dietary needs, the others are not.

When I'm cutting, about 600-900 mg. (caffeine pills and soda)

When I'm bulking or maintaining, about 0-300 mg. (soda)

800-1200 per day average or so. All from caffeine pills, I rarely drink energy drinks or coffee. Plus pills put no volume in your stomach.

I wake up at 1-2 am everyday for work so it's tough trying to always stay consistent with a normal life and schedule.

it varies a lot but i always have a small cup of coffee or tea in the morning. at lunch and dinner i'll have a diluted coke zero concoction that i make, and then if i'm traveling and need wifi somewhere i'll end up in a cafe with another cup of coffee, size varies at night. (i handle much heavier weight than the average females that i know in real life, but i'm a dyel'er compared to you/most women out here.)

On days I workout and take a pre workout... Between 400-600mg. 400mg for my pre workout and maybe a 2-4 tell cups of coffee. On days off I consume zero caffeine.

Norwegians drink coffee like water, tbh I drink it more for habit and taste rather than caffeine kick, don't really notice any effect anymore.

I was taking about 400 a day just to function...600-800 to be extra active. I recently stopped after realizing my blood pressure is too high...155/101. Had a few deaths in my family the past month all due to high blood pressure causing aneurysms so it freaked me out a little bit.

I'll drink a VPX BANG or two a day, and then have some preworkout maybe even two scoops. So at the most, around 1000mg, and at the very least I would say 350mg

2-3 cups of coffee: first thing in the morning and usually around 3pm. Substitute one cup for tea sometimes if I'm feeling like a classy bisch.

For all you caffeine users buying a machine like a kurig is the fastest and over the long haul cheapest way to buy coffee. Hamilton beach makes one that is sometimes 50 bucks at walmart. Then you can buy the insert to use ground coffee instead of the expensive pods. And the coffee is always a fresh cup.

Them refill pods are too anemic.

I think a simple pour over device and kettle to heat water is optimal. Its easier to clean than a french press.

Ive had some from gloria jean that was pretty strong in the hazelnut flavor. I did some reading and sometimes they can go up to 180 mg in one pod so its nothing to sneeze at.
