Ok i hate to ask these sort of questions but im eating this berkley and jenkins turkey breast packed in water and according to the can it says it yields around 6 servings which equals 12 ounces.

I weighed it out how ever and it came out to 6.5 ounces so the difference is pretty big, not sure how to track it..
12 oz would be 360 calories and over 70 g of protein seems like a bit to much fornwhat im getting

Any suggestions on what to do?

If it's 12oz with 6 servings, it means you should be getting 2oz for one serving; so whatever that amounts to on the label. Usually it's around 60-70kcal, ~14g protein.

So even though it weighed 6.5 ounces on my scale i should just track it as 12 ounces?

If the serving size on the label says "serving size is for 6" in a 12 oz product, then it's already just giving you the macros/micros for a 2oz serving size, not a 12 oz. So, if it's ~36kcal for 2oz, your 6.5 oz would be ~126kcal; ~14g protein is ~49g. It's all estimate anyway, including on labels.

Sounds like that's some skimpy product if you only got half a can. :)

I think maybe opie is paying 'turkey' prices for 6 ounces of water.

Honestly, chicken breast in a can seems like an easy meal... But there's something about chicken floating around in water & its' own juices for who-knows-how-long that scares me outright. ;)
