Homemade Gainer Without Milk: Any suggestions? ...

Though in an ironic September twist:

I know people aren't fans of weight gainers and I would really appreciate if the "make your own shake" crew stayed way.

How many Calories/Proteins would this have?
400ml water : 1cal/ml, so 400cals
10 almonds : It depends on how big are the almonds. I've seen pretty huge almonds. Like 150g each huge.
2 Scoops Whey : I don't know what "Whey" is. Is it like an exclamation of joy? "WHEY!"
1 Banana : Don't be ridiculous. Fruit has no calories! That's like rule #1.
2 Table Spoons Peanut Butter : It depends on the material. Wooden table spoons have way more calories than plastic ones.

You're welcome.
