Whats up everybody, ive always been a tad confused on this but what should my rest day nutrition be. My current macros are 400C, 200P and 72F and im lean bulking. Previously, I had been dropping carbs by about 25-50 on a rest day. I also like to do some type of activity such as playing basketball on a rest day. Ive been gaining around .25-.75 lbs per week with this approach and didnt know if I would benefit from just eating the same cals. Just dont want to gain excess fat or weight to fast. Advice is appreciated.

You should do the same all week; your body is built outside the gym.

thanks. Just didnt know if i should take into the fact that im not burning calories in the gym and i would require less calories to get to a surplus?

You probably burn 100-200 calories at the gym... average that over the week and it's complete pointless to try and account for it each day.
