well i thought lately that with the amount of exercise i do everyday i shouldnt worry about the calories i eat but i decided to post my training schedule to be completely sure
p.s all my run distances include warmups

Saturday:morning hiit run 3 miles,evening lift weights 40 minutes with little rest between sets followed by a fitness session(basically a lot of plyometrics and ab/leg exercises pretty intense!) that lasts an hour
sunday:morning "normal" run 6 miles,evening lift weights
monday:same as saturday
tuesday:same as sunday
wednesday:same as saturday
thursday:rest day from running,lift in the evenings
friday:morning long run 10 miles,rest from lifting

so how much calories do i need per day if my goals are to build muscle but not too much to be bulky

weight:171 pounds height:5"9 and my life is pretty sedentary out of exercise

What he said, I just recently got into counting cals. That page has everything. Tdee calculator is important too.

well what do you think my level of activity is then?cause im bad at estimating things
