Quantity meaning eating at least 3x a day by eating throughout the day to your calorie needs Quality meaning eating only 1-2x a day but getting your calorie needs in those meals by eating a whole lot in one sitting.

I don't go around and think about how many meals i have or should have during the day. I eat what i like (quality), whenever i want it as long as it fits my goals. Planning meals to the extent that some people do is just ridiculous to me, unless your a chef, professional athlete, ++.

I eat high quantities of high quality foods.
Here is what I have had today:

2 apples
1 orange
2 bagels (cinnamon raisin and blueberry)
8 eggs
8 ounces of chicken
Veggies
Sweet Potato fries
Chocolate Milk
Gatorade

>>>And I am having myself an ice cream sundae later. All of this is spread out in 4 meals, with sufficient protein at each meal, as well as intra workout carbs to maximize gym performance.

That's not what quality means.
