View Full Version : Need a new routine, designed to cut.

I have been using the same P/P/L workout for a while now(since about November), and have had great success lost about 60lbs but the past month I have been at 190lbs and haven't lost a single pound I dropped my calories to 1600 from 1800 and will weigh in next Monday to see if I have lost anymore weight.

I have been lifting for a while now and don't consider my self to be a beginner, I just have never been on a routine other than one I have created. I would like a 5-6 day split.
