couldnt they all play in one arena? why not have the arena in nyc and have all players living in nyc?? u can still keep the names. it wouldnt be los angelas lakers. it would just be lakers

Great question.
Why don't they all just stay at the arena and camp out until it's their turn to go on the court.

Also, how are multiple games played at the same time???

idk but they could cut down on travel a little by playing 2 inter-conference games b2b in the same stadium. Say since the Lakers play the Mavs twice a year in Dallas, just have those two games on a b2b, that way the Lakers only travel to Dallas once that year and instead of playing a b2b where they travel. It would only cause an unfair home advantage if there wasn't a b2b in LA also. This b2b model could actually get rid of all b2b's that involve traveling between games.
