View Full Version : ***Need help with fat loss stack***

Looking to lose about 10-15 lbs and trying to put together a decent stack to help out. For the record, I am 40 yrs old and weigh about 205. I understand diet is a big part of fat loss and I try to keep it in check the best I can - eating lean meats and low fat/low carb meals for the most part. I do Crossfit (4) times a week on average and usually play some sort of sport (basketball this time of the year) once a week. I just ordered supplements for the next few months and was hoping for some suggestions on stacking them to assist me in achieving my goal. I have a strong, stimmed fat burner (Detonate), Alpha T2, Erase, Reform (F95), Alpha Jym (Jim Stoppani), ZMA Jym, Orange Triad vitamins, and Fish Oil. I also have Pre Jym (PWO) and Post Jym for after - I am a big fan of the Jim Stoppani products because there aren't any hidden ingredients. My questions are: What can I safely stack with the Detonate to enhance fat loss? Should I take the Alpha Jym (test booster) during a fat loss cycle or not until after? Should I get some CLA? Is it ok to take the PWO since it is also stimmed a bit (and has some creatine)? Should the stack be altered on non training days? I appreciate any suggestions or recommendations you can provide. first off how does your diet look like? I suggest you visit the nutrition section and get your diet in check first off. Also no need for any supps until you get your diet and training dialed in. Also never a good idea to take multiple sources of stims.

My diet is relatively solid and I workout regularly. The PWO has a bit of caffeine in it that's why I was asking but it would be taken several hours after the stimmed thermo so I figured it would be ok.

Seems pretty excessive if all you want to do is lose 10-15 pounds

Realistically that should be very easy for you to lose through diet, all of those supps though some are really good choices aren't going to matter much and won't matter at all if diet isn't on point.

Or use a stiimmed thermo as your pwo. I use ErgoCut as mine and the energy and focus is amazing. Plus the appetite suppression is just a added bonus.

I'm not looking to take all of those at once. Was thinking just the detonate, F95 and my PWO - wasn't sure if I should add T2, CLA, ZMA or Testbooster or nothing at all - that's where I was hoping for some insight. The thermo is a morning thing only (once a day), don't have to take one 5-6 hours later like most others that's why I was planning on the prejym before workout.
