View Full Version : 1 month in working out and IM ALWAYS HUNGRY!!

I've always been eating a lot since im 16 and still growing but ever since i started working out/lifting weights I just started to get hungry even more like around 2 pm id start getting pains and stuff as if im not eating enough... I do eat breakfast then have a snack and lunch but I find it hard to eat during dinner because of my stomach and it bothers me. This is everyday aswell. I checked my pulse and it came out to around 75 - 85. I'm also 16 still going through puberty. Any help?
