So I am a guy trying to lose weight. In the morning I take a fat burner, multivitamin, protein and some breakfast. I take a pre workout, Amino during and a post workout after. CLA is taken with each meal. My question is am I overdoing it? Something I could change to make it better for me? Thank you for you help.
