My daily diet is my macros look right

1)Protein porridge two toast god flax seed 37/63/21 455

2)Almonds p bar 29/31/15 390

Pasta whole wheat chicken almonds 46/79/2 4 683

Carb powder and tuna avacado 34/70/17q 632

Rice, chicken green veg 40/ 25/15 515 check

Milk and almond or ava 22/34/21 415

Another meal needed to fit macros of 210 protien 90 fat and 450 carbs maybe more ?

Your 16, stop taking garbage supps like carb powder, do not eat so much tuna as mercury poisoning may become an issue, eat more veggies/fruit.

Do not worry so much with calories and macros- eat using common sense and moderation, lift heavy thing, rest well and enjoy being young.

Your TDEE is likely around 2500 calories. You would be fine with 150g of protein a day and 75g fat. If you're trying to gain muscle, add about 20% to 2500 and get roughly 3000 calories.

I only seem to gain weight at 3750 cals my metabolism is fast I think ?

No. You're either not counting correctly or are exercising a chit-ton which accounts for a large amount of calories. For your age/height/weight you should be able to gain at about 3k cals.
