I have no clue what im doing ive just been trying to eat a crap ton of carbs and calories, how many carbs and calories should i intake Based on a suggested daily diet of 2900 calories and whats the best source to get these calories/carbs, also how do i cut once i bulk, my body fat is at 6.1%. Honestly i just want to be bigger. HELP!!!

There are stickies in this forum with answers to all of those questions. But I'll give you some guidance;

1.) Calculate a BMR.
2.) Calculate a TDEE.
3.) Calculate Macronutrients.
3.) Comprise a rational diet consisting of mainly whole foods while hitting minimums from proteins and fats. Fill in the remaining calories with what you like. Moderation is key.
4.) Be consistent day to day with hitting your macros and your daily caloric target.
5.) Stick with new plan for 2-3 weeks and monitor weight changes.
6.) If your goal is to bulk and you haven't gained weight your simply not eating enough. The reverse is true for losing weight, if you're not losing weight your eating too much. Its up to you to experiment to find your true TDEE

The calculations you get for BMR and TDEE are a not 100% accurate, although close, they are a starting point for you. Its up to you to find out your true TDEE through experimentation with a diet plan by being consistent.
