Any carb is fine. Don't worry about it. No such thing as good or bad foods. Especially not at your age. Just eat plenty, be active = success.

Ok thanks, how many grams of carbs should I aim for everyday? My weight is 100lbs, and in following ICF 5x5. Thanks

No specific numbers to give, it's personal preference. Just eat the quantity that makes you feel best. Experiment a bit if you wish. But you're young, I wouldn't really worry. Eat enough that you grow.

Whole wheat flour is a more nutritious alternative to all-purpose flour. Whole wheat flour has the germ, bran, and endosperm still intact in the structure. Thus, there is more protein and dietary fiber in one serving (usually 1/4 cup) of whole wheat to all-purpose.

Try to also make sure it is unbleached whole wheat flour as well. No one should be ingesting the bleaching agents if possible. I have organic unbleached, unbromated whole wheat flour and I make biscuits and stuff all the time. Just made some bomb pizza crust last night homemade and it was yummy. Whole wheat flour is awesome and you can rake in some calories with it.
