Some say eat 6 meals a day. I tend to "binge" eat food towards the night. Does it matter? It's all going to the same place.

Not really. They say to eat six meals a day because it makes it easier to get all your calories in. IMO if you eat 5, 6 or 7 meals it doesn't matter.

4-5 meals with at least 25g protein would be OPTIMAL for MPS.

Then again, the difference would really be minute.

+ it is not important for you.

Eat whenever you want.

It doesnt matter. Only thing that matters is kcal in minus kcals out. And macros ofcourse

I can't eat right before I lift or I feel sluggish.

I train better in the gym on an empty stomach.

I can't eat in the morning because it makes me feel ill.

I'm most hungry after I lift and at night.

Therefore, it sure does matter to me.

Use common sense OP. If you want to shift some calories to the evening do so.
