Can you help me choose creatine and ZMA?
Pure creatine from weider or allmax, micronized creatine from ON, universal creatine. And about ZMA, weider or ON ?

I personally use Universal creapure whenever I'm just using a creapure and not a designer creatine. I've used ON ZMA in the past and it was fine. What's your reasoning for supplementing ZMA?

The reason for supplementing exactly ZMA is that I need something that helps for better sleep. I just need something for 1 month because in March I will be working almost every day + training. December was the same and I wasn't sleeping well(something like 5 hours). I don't expect miracles from supplement. I know it's said that helps increasing hormone level, I am 20 years old, don't know if it will has effect on me.

I like Allmax, as it's creapure. The differences are marginal however.

Any ZMA will do. ON is a reputable company so there a great choice.

For creatine mono, Platinum Creatine (unflavored) (http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/muscletech/essential-series-platinum-100-creatine.html). The bb.com brand makes a ZMA product that I sometimes use. It is in a blue bottle.

Hey OP, find the cheapest creatine mono/serv and pick that one up. Creatine mono as a bulk powder will be the same from Company A to Company B. Just pick up whatever is easier.

Don't worry so much about the company that is producing the creatine. Look more at what type of creatine it is and cost/serving. You'll want a regular 'ol creatine monohydrate. Optimum Nutrition is perfectly fine, along with Allmax, Cellucor, Universal, BB.com, etc. I'm not super fond of ZMA myself, but I agree with the others, choose one from a reputable brand and you should be good to go. Good luck!

Currently what I'm using. Cheap and Effective http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/dym/creatine.html
I would have bought this but it wasn't in stock. http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/bodybuilding-supplements/micronized-creatine.html

bb.com has the best price point

For ZMA last bottle I had was Met-rx before that NOW both did the job. Some ZMA products add melatonin. Personally I avoid those just because the melatonin makes me groggy in the morning.

Universal Creatine is on point (name brand Creapure in there)
