Your daily meal plan looks like its on spot.
Have you been eating this way for the past 8 months ?
If so......how much LBS have you dropped?

Maybe your body is holding on to that last bit of fat trying to catch up with your progress.

(sadly.....for most of us....first place fat is put on
is the last place its gonna leave)

I can't see a little extra cardio and weight lifting hurting....

for myself I was doing the same thing as you
staying pretty strict diet and cardio-weights....yet still was at a stand still for a good 3 weeks
I took a break for 2 weeks eating at maintenance....then jump back into the cutting game...

that seem to "reset" things...cause I started seeing better results.

If you aren't losing weight you are either eating more than you think you are or you are not moving as much as you think you are. In either case the solution is simple.

I advise you to increase your fat intake and possibly also your carbohydrate intake while lowering your protein intake. You seem to be deficient in dietary fat, I advise you to eat at least 65 grammes a day. You also do not need to be consuming that protein by any means. If anything you would need a maximum of around 150 grammes, and even that is being generous.
