BUT I THOUGHT LAKERS FANS WERE FRONT RUNNERS AND ONLY SUPPORTED THE TEAM WHEN THEY WERE GOOD

LOL at irate haters, LA continues to prove it is the best city for sports.

Man OP you might be the biggest retard on the sports board if that's the way you connected the dots. Even if the Lakers go 0-82, their market, history and worldwide marketability will still be the same. Plus they have Kobe selling jerseys every year. Do you even value? Fukking hell there are so many retards on this board fuuuuaaark kinda makes me angry.

Seriously, nothing like watching the LA-based NFL team compete week in and week out.

All LA has is the Kings, who are awesome, but still... That's all they got. Lakers are lulzy bad, Clippers (just lol @ them), Angels and Dodgers always choke come post season.

and last year Forbes had the Knicks as the most valuable.... lol... They might still be except they are so godawful bad that they took a 20-25% hit ratings on Knicks games on the MSG network... The Knicks are set up more like a company than a team... Dolan I think he is like a chairman of Madison Square Garden and less of owner, so when he takes a hit, so do they....

http://www.themadisonsquaregardencompany.com/our-company/leadership/james-l-dolan.html

"Mr. Dolan oversees Cablevision's comprehensive portfolio of advanced Optimum-branded telecommunications products, including its digital cable television, digital voice and high-speed Internet services, and Optimum WiFi, the nation's most robust wireless Internet network."

No wonder my internet is chit.... lol

**Anyways Forbes last year realllllyyyyy missed its mark on the value of teams.... I think they've adjusted, but like someone said... I think they are worth 3 Billion +

I'd say they are definitely worth a pretty penny, but that will change as Jim Buss drives them to be come the laughingstock of the West. Jerry knew how to run a team. Jim doesn't.

We might even plummet all the way down to where the Spurs are.

We might even plummet all the way down to where the Spurs are.For what it's worth, the Spurs are an undervalued team.
