For breakfast I had a banana strawberry soy shake with a scoop of vanilla protein powder.

For lunch I had a toasted tuna sandwich on wheat bread.

Then I had a banana, strawberry soy shake and worked out. I did Arm curls, bent over rows, bench press and squats

Then I had brown rice with veggies mixed in ,

How about you?

Cold cereal and banana
Turkey sandwich
String cheese
Peking duck, bbq pork, simple soup

Who knew cutting could be so delicious?

Edit: oh yeah, multi vitamin and calcium

227g Greek yogurt with 1 scoop cinnamon protein powder
1 carton Egg whites with hot sauce, 175g broccoli
10 ounces Blackened Cajun Hake fish, 90g spinach
2 scoops Chocolate Protein shake
2 scoops Raspberry BCAA powder

10 egg whites, waffle, sugar free syrup, strawberries
Preworkout - 48g protein, BCAA
Post workout - 48g protein, banana & cookie
Lunch - 10 oz 97% FF ground beef, broccoli & 1/8 cup cheese

Breakfast:
3 eggs scrambled to an omelette, with 2 slices of cheese and some chicken breast on it
2 bagels with ham on one, strawberry jam on the other
1 pear

Lunch:
65g of oatmeal with 20g of almonds crushed into it, + some sweetener and cinnamon
300g of fat free quark with crystal light mixed into it, makes it taste like yoghurt

Dinner:
300g chicken breast
200g potatoes chopped into pieces with some spice and oil on, baked in the oven yesterday
50g pineapple
some sauce

Then later ate 1 banana and 20g almonds. Around 2400kcals in total. I think I'm way low on fiber today lolol #yolo

Kinda boring day, but lets see:

Breakfast:
Chocolate covered sweet oatmeal cookies and milk.
More cookies.
Some chocolate.
A 100g 52% protein bar (about 450kcal)

Lunch:
Several handful of nuts/fruit mix.
Some more cookies and milk.
Chocolate.

Dinner:
A ton chicken patties and fries, some veggies and everything drenched in sauce.
About 3 large slices of chocolate cake.

Supper:
Massive bowl of cheerios with added honey mixed with protein shake.

Add some Monster, more cookies, PWO, vitamin and fish oil inbetween.

Yeap, I am bulking.

Lunch - BBQ beef sammy - 500 cals
Dinner - Steak stir fry with lots of veggies - 500 cals

Snack - low cal ice cream
Before bed - a few handfuls of cashews

Naaa, if I wanted to be cruel I would have posted pics of the baked goodies I tend to do when I bulk for quick n easy calories :p

Breakfast: Pretzel bagel w/ cream cheese
Snack: Red Velvet Muffin
Snack: Chocolate protein bar, apple & a pear
Dinner:2 cups cooked rice, 1 pan roasted chicken breast, 1/2 cucumber, 2 carrots & another apple

B- 2 hard-boiled eggs, apple, coffee
L- 1/2c brown rice, 100g leftover chicken taco filling, 1/4 avocado, lots of hot sauce!
S- pretzels w/ guacamole
D- chicken enchiladas
total- 1302cal

I usually have a protein shake but the pretzels were higher in cals than I expected. oops!

Makes me look forward to bulking. It is even more motivation to cut down to my goal.

I followed a similiar bulking diet and gained 25lbs of fat in like 2-3 months. May want to re-think what you're looking forward to
