View Full Version : Losing fat and getting lead - End of May goal

Hi All,

I've been attending a bootcamp which is ran 3 days per week Monday, Tuesday & Thursday then doing sprints on a Saturday. Bootcamp consists of x2 circuits 12 exercises which are all weight or resistance related 1 minute each and x4 - 8 exercises mostly ab/core related work. Below is my progress picture from September - December.

I'm looking for some tips on how to really hone in my main goal which is visible abs and ideally get as close to that by end of May, I think over last 3-4 month I've been wary of the carbs to eat and mostly they come veg, fruit (berries & bananas mostly) and sweet potato. Do you think I should start adding in things like white/brown rice? Also my bootcamp is around 7pm and I'm not home until around 9:30pm so would you recommend having these carbs before or after my workout?

Any other tips would be appreciated.
