View Full Version : Best post workout meal for stairs?

I am going to be running stair circuits tomorrow and I don't know how heavy I should hit the protein afterwards. My usual routine for post workout is a cup of almond milk with a scoop of garden of life raw protein powder. With something intense like a stair circuit, what would be the best course of action?

also I plan on drinking AMINOX during the workout itself, if that changes anything.

I am still pretty new to post workout nutrition, so my knowledge is pretty scarce on the subject. Any help is highly appreciated.
