View Full Version : 14 lbs in less than 3 weeks - Should I eat less?

I started going to the gym roughly a month ago. Shortly after I started, on Dec 20, I took progress pics and weighted myself: I was 156 lbs (note: I'm 6'4)

I've really been eating a lot and today, 3 weeks later, I'm 170 lbs. I've been REALLY pleased with the results especially since so little time has passed but I'm concerned if I keep eating like that I will eventually get fat really quickly.

What do you suggest? Should I continue like this, start lowering my calories now, wait a while, or what?

if you don't see it, then i guess keep going. at 6'4 and 170 you still got plenty of room to go. at the same time, i might slow it down a tad, just cuz i doubt it's that much muscle vs fat
