Great videos, I've been using a version of the diet you outlined, a 4 day carb cycling diet, 2 low days, 1 moderate and 1 high. It really works well, I only started at about 173 pounds, but I'm down to 163 in just about 4-5 weeks, and honestly, mostly fat it seems.
