You want to know why Cam Newton can't play well? You wanna know why he can't pass? He tried to take the ring from Frodo, after swearing an oath to protect him! He tried to kill em! The ring drove Cam Newton mad!

Cam is a good QB he just has horrible receivers ,and smith is showing potential but he makes some stupid mistakes every so often. Both will be legit qbs in a few years

I really was pulling for geno when he got drafted, but he's no Cam Newton and it's not close

They're both terrible but if I had to choose one I'd go with Geno solely off his maturity. Even after several years in the league Cam still acts like a teenage phaggot and does his little first down dance when he runs for a first down. That's not something I would want from the Captain and leader of my Offense.

Agreed, he lacks emotional maturity, and the leadership qualities we see in proven winners.

Adult wrestling fan. Emotional maturity.

I don't even.

Your lackluster attempts at personal insults don't change the facts, which is what we're discussing.

Now I see why you like Cam Newton so much. You both appear to have the same emotional maturity level.

You distort facts with subjective personal (redundancy yay) bullsh*t all the time. You have a deep-seated hatred for Cam and no matter what he does it'll never be enough.

You are the worst type of sports fan. You'd rather see him fail than succeed.

If Geno had Steve Smith, LaFell and Greg Olsen to start his career, he would've posted better numbers than Cam did. Unfortunately, he was drafted to a team that cares more about selling tickets and making controversial FA signings to generate a buzz than winning games. Jeremy Kerley, Jeff Cumberland, David Nelson? Geno never had a chance, and this is coming from someone who hates the Jets.

Geno with Cam's weapons > Cam

How is the poll even close? Cam is easily better and has even less talent around him than the Jets offense.

I legitimately said "jesus christ" after reading his post. I sincerely hope he isn't serious (even though we both know he is; Seattle fans gonna Seattle fan) because that's a whole new level of ignorance.

Yeah man I'd much rather have Geno. I definitely don't want the guy who set the record for most yards in a rookie season, was 1st or 2nd in most TDs all time in their first 3 seasons, and has led his team to a top 10 offensive DVOA his first 3 seasons on the Panthers. Give me Geno.

They're both trash. Nothing has changed. Gonna lol if Carolina gives Cam a huge contract, at least the Jets KNOW their QB is chit.
