View Full Version : As a San Francisco Giants fan I can't complain much

Two world series wins in three appearances the last five seasons. Our teams greatest rival hasn't even played in one in over 25 years and will continue that streak as long as Don Potoingley is their skipper.

I would have liked to see a more competitive series against KC though. Yes, there's plenty of baseball left and I'll be cheering on the orange and black until that final out, but it's going to take a miracle right now the way KC is playing.

Of course as a Giants fan I've seen my share of miracles in the post season. Still if my guys are out of them I will feel no shame in seeing them lose to a great KC team.

Truly I'd be happy for REAL Royals fans.

It's crazy all those great Indian teams In the 90's and early 00's so many appearances and 0 championships. But Royals win one in a single playoff appearance since '85? Baseball gods be cray

LMFAO at how the Dodgers ended up in this thread.

Giants fan's loyalty is prioritized as follows:
1. Dodgers lose
2. Giants win.

pretty lame to half heartily call the series before it's over.

Well you see they're rivals so....

I assume you're a dodgers fan which means you probably know more about your particular gang than baseball

I'd probably sympathize with the OP if he was a REAL Giants fan.

Hence "half heartily."

-brings up reading comprehension
-disregards reading comprehension

waaaa... we're down 2-1 in the series and down 4-1 in the 3rd

brb "I can't complain much" brb "would've liked to see a more competitive series"

One of those things is not quite the other. One of those things just doesn't belong.

Nice job trying to make that out into something it wasn't though

During the fight, Denver punched Montgomery and Denver's brother swung a collapsible aluminum chair at Montgomery, striking him in the head, Gascon said. Denver and his brother outweighed Montgomery by more than 150 pounds between them, he added.

Montgomery stabbed Denver once, killing him. Montgomery was arrested, but prosecutors announced that without further witnesses, they could not formally charge him and he was released a few days later.

Brb gang member dodgers fan tries to make it seem like a cold blooding attack and killing in self defense are the same thing.
