You mean to tell me that you think Peyton Manning is one of the best quarterbacks in history?

Such a riveting and controversial opinion OP, please tell us more.

I know your getting flack but it is crazy how many...particularly really young kids.... who have no appreciation of his play and what he has been for the sport.

He will still fail in the postseason, but Peyton has definitely established his title of greatest regular season qb of all time.

lol Greatest regular season QB. Ultimate team game in a format where only one team each year walks away with the trophy.

IMO there has been 4 times where he has hurt his team more than he has helped his team: 2002 against the Jets, 2003 against the Patriots, 2006 against the Chiefs (they won that game), 2006 against the Ravens (won that game). Other than that they have either won/lost with him being more helpful than harmful or they have lost to a clearly superior team.

That's a playoff stretch consisting of 23 games.

In other words, he played like expected when he is forced to put the game in his hands.

Yeah, Manning had a miserable game at corner that game.

Why do you say something like that when Brady lost to Manning in the AFC championship game later that year?

Also, Terry GOAT Bradshaw>Tim Brady

When peyton stops chitting his pants in the post season ill put him up in the same tier as montana, brady, etc. The records and individual stats are all good and well but at some point you have to start winning when it matters. Peyton is average in the postseason, phenomenal during the reg season.

smashedpotato

The broncos need to bring eli in as the backup...let peyton tear it up during the regular season so you end up as the 1 seed, then in the playoffs you bench peyton and start eli. Wood be a goat team and pey pey would get his second ring.
