Alright here's the deal...
I've been lifting for about 4 years causally really not taken it to seriously. Now I'm in a position where my wife is making double our past income and I'm going to stay at home with the kids. that leads me to wanting to get more active in fitness and maybe even compete in men's physique. I have no idea where to start so I'm turning to you guys for some help on types of workouts and proper diet. I'm definitely a Ectomorph I have no diet just eat whatever at the moment......

my stats are....
Age 27
height 6'0
weight 175
bench 275
squat 265 lol yeah I know.
deadlift 350
Arms 15 1/2 pumped
