Hi guys, I'm currently trying to figure out what my macros should be while cutting atm

At the moment I'm weighing 87 kg (191 lbs) and trying to hit about 2000/2100 calories a day.

I calculated according to the sticky, and came to the conclusion that my macros should be estimated at about

130g Carbs
174g protein
87g fat

I went for 1g per kg for fats and 2g per kg for protein. Thanks in advance :)

Edit: this is a rough estimate, as I'm still kinda a beginner.

for my first cut, and best results I went with 2g protein .5 carb and when from 1.5 down to .5 grams of carb per bodyweight. every 2 weeks I dropped .5 of carbs not to shock my body and did the .5 for 3 weeks with a one day refeed day

Hi there. I did read the sticky, which i stated. The numbers i came with are the results, but as im a beginner, i wanted to know if im on the right track, or if one of the macros are too high :)

Atm I running westside barbell for skinny bastards 3.
I know its a strentgh routine, but Ive read in a couple of threads that it is somewhat possible to gain a bit of strength even in a deficit as a newbie :)

Your macros and calorie intake seem fine if you have calculated correctly as for your workout I haven't heard of it before. I'd recommend either AllPros or Stronglifts 5x5 imo.
