Hello everyone,


I have certain questions regarding a nutrition plan I have made for myself, so hopefully I would find answers here.Lets get onto it now...


I have been a bit inactive during the past 3 months so I got a small layer of fat created on the lower part of stomach.Recently started eating clean and doing cardio and layer seems to be dropping down slowly but certainly.


I am also planning to hit the gym as soon as the layer is completely down, so my personal coach gave me a push ups program to gain some strength till I start with gym.
Now my problem is this: I am busy during the day with work, so I can only do the exercise at evening.I am unsure whether or not I should eat after the push ups, because I am trying to kill this layer and I often heard that eating at night could just result in weight gain.

If eating at that time after exercise IS okay, shall it be proteins and how much is enough at that time of the night ? And how long should I wait after exercise to eat it ?
