View Full Version : I'm not big, nor skinny. I'm not fat, nor lean. The f$#& am I ?

I've been training for quite a while now (2 years) and I got from being skinnyfat to.. whatever this is. I got some muscle on me, but too much fat to be able to have somewhat of a defenition. When I flex and hold my breath you can see some muscle and a tiny, tiny bit of abs. My goal ? Get some defenition on me.

Stats: 1,80m 87kg BF: +/ 19%
Meal plan: -500 TDEE 40p/30c/30f
Any tips of people who have been in this situation or experts on this area ? Help me get confident about my body.

That doesn't look like 2 years of training to be honest. What have you been doing?

I was getting rid of 10kg fat.

Edit: No pictures of that time because I was horrified of taking pictures

You cut a little more or bulk now. I'd reexamine your training, get on a good program:
