hi..i read Emma-Leigh post about macronutrients and calories.I calculated my macronutrients and i got this:

total calories: 3450kcal
protein(g) = 180
carbs(g) = 497g
fat(g) = 82g

is really ok? i think 497g carbs is A LOT!!! i cant even imagine how do i achiev that amount!

You don't HAVE to eat 497 grams of carbs. It is more important to hit your fat and protein minimums. You can eat extra protein/fat if you would rather do that.

i can easly hit protein and fats but carbs is very hard! but if i didint hit the certain amount of carbs i will get defict calories (lose mass)!

There is no minimum for carbs. You can fill the remaining calories after hitting your protein and fat minimums with additional calories from protein and fat in order to hit your caloric limits.

People who have a tough time getting enough calories tend to go for additional fat after hitting their minimums, as it is over twice as dense in terms of calories as protein and carbs.

How much do you weigh? 82g of fat seems low for that many calories. I eat 2300 cal/day, and I'm eating 90g of fat.

That makes sense because minimum fat intake should be based on body weight or target body weight, not on total calories.

weight = 82kg

got 1g/kg fat!

i eat the same amount of calories but just 56f..

i eat that much carbs, its so damn easy , you eat 3-4 lbs potatoes , 2-3 servings oats , few servings rice or pasta , bam , you are there. and no , if you cant hit carbs , then you hit calories, without hitting calories , rest of story doesnt matter
