Hi, I'm trying to figure out about how many calories I should be eating each day when I start bulking next week. I'm 5'11 and weight 165. You can look at my profile pic to see what I looked like about 2 months ago. I'm more defined now. I was thinking like 3000 calories per day. Also how would I need to break down my protien, carb, etc intake. (Like .5g protein per lb?)
