Since I started lifting and taking supplements I'm always with gas bloating, sometimes it's really annoying but some days it's ok. My lunch and dinner are always something like pasta or rice with meat of fish, vegetables, water and some fruit. In my other meals I eat oatmeal, my weight gainer and stuff like that.
Maybe I am a lactose intolerance I really don't know but this Gas Bloating are so annoying, I need some help or advice.

drop the gainer
waste of $ IMO anyways

nuts, raisins, rice, eggs cheese, beans, oils
all cal dense foods that will put weight on you

i get bloated after drinking whey protein. Thats why i rarely drink my whey protein, something in that tub gives me nausea and bloating.
