I am 165lbs I am 5"11 or 6" feet tall age 16. I decided It was about time I stopped making excuses for not eating and read stickies. I am currently following SS ripptoe and want to make sure my diet is on point. I am pretty weak with a 95x5 bench press. But i can squat a lot with my massive ass big ass thighs

4.0 cup Milk, 1%, w/add vit A & D (USDA SR-24) 410
2.0 cup Cereal, Corn Flakes (Kellogg) 204
1.0 each Banana, fresh, med, 7" to 7 7/8" long (USDA SR-24) 105
1.0 each Chicken, breast, grilled, sr (Denny's) 200
1.0 cup Nuts, pecans, chpd (USDA SR-24) 753
2.0 slc Bread, whole wheat, slice (USDA SR-24) 138
4.0 tbsp Nut Butter, peanut, creamy (USDA SR-24) 376
1.0 can Fish, tuna, light, w/water, drnd, can (USDA SR-24) 365
1.0 cup Cereal, hot, oatmeal, plain, fort, inst, prep w/water (USDA SR- 159
1.0 cup Rice, white, long grain, ckd (USDA SR-24) 205
Day Total 2917

Protein=186.23g (too much ?)
Carbs=261.91g
Fats=133.88g

You better slow down with all those veggies you're eating. You could sprain something...

add it wherever you are adding but at least 3 servings vegetables must be there

Are my macros okay for my stats. My recommended calories is like 3300, but I will use the amount i have and adjust if needed since i gain fat a bit fast

Caloric intake looks good. You don't need that much protein unless you like it. I do agree, you do need veggies so put them in there.

Calorie intake is pretty solid, no where near enough fibre though so get that up to a reasonable amount - would recommend having a more flexible plan as well with similar macros just in 4/5 meals rather than 9 - realistically your not going to be eat 9 meals a day forever, whether it's school, work or just general life things will get in the way of you eating this frequently.
