Breakfast: 3 eggs omelet > 300 calories, 18 proteins

Snack 1: 100g cottage cheese, 100g yogurt > 150 calories, 13 proteins.

Lunch: 100g Indian dals, 1 chapatti, 200 g yougurt > 600 calories, 30 proteins.

Snack 2: 100g cottage cheese, 100g yougurt > 150 calories, 13 proteins.

Snack 3: Fruits, 1 apple, 1 kiwi > 150 calories.

Dinner: 200g fish, 200g chicken breast > 500 calories, 80 proteins.

I also get some latte macchiato after a workout, around 70 calories and 7g of carbs.


Total 2000 calories. Circa 150 proteins. Circa 130 carbohydrates. Circa 60g of fat.
My TDEE says I need 2700 calories daily, I workout 6 days a week for about 45-60 mins with Insanity.
I need around 130-150 grams of proteins daily, so I get 150.

What do you think guys? I think my diet is full of all kind of stuff..

What's your daily fat intake?

I'd also suggest getting more veggies in.





The rest looks fine.
Start there and begin monitoring weight fluctuations after 2-3 weeks.

Use your weekly/bi-weekly averages and determine caloric adjustments based on these changes.

I can add some veggies.

Total daily fat is a weak 60 grams.

It'll suffice...but I'd suggest increasing it.
