I usually do one cup skim milk and one cup egg whites for my base. I usually add a tablespoon of Stevia, too.

Items I add to it are PB2 powder, sugar free hazelnut flavoring, cocoa, sugar free Hershey's syrup, Heath or Reese's baking chips, FF Whip Cream. Experiment and find what you like! That hazelnut flavoring is awesome - made by Da Vinci.

I want to try adding some pudding mix soon, that should work well.

I like to use greek yogurt as my ice cream base, with a bit of whole milk added for a softer consistency of the base, and a few egg yolks and some sugar to help the texture of the ice cream.

I like to add cocoa powder as well, and berries. The amount of cocoa powder will depend on your preferences, so I can only suggest that you start light rather than heavy, as it can get bitter if you put too much in there. I like to add around 1 teaspoon per half pound GY.

My last MFP recipe says
300g GY (mix of 2% and 10%)
250g strawberries
1 scoop vanilla whey
50g granulated sugar
3 egg yolks from medium eggs
a teaspoon or so lemon juice
a bit of sweetener to compensate for only using 50g sugar
50g of chopped Lindt Excellence dark chocolate. :D

That gave me enough for like 3 servings (yeah right :D)
Totals: 1119 kcal at around 61g protein, 51g fat, 105 carb
