Hello everyone I am currently trying to cut down on fat but I have been weighing myself every morning and theres a huge drop in the amount. I am aiming for a pound a week but I'm not sure if my scales are off or if this is mostly water weight I'm losing.

I've been getting these measurements the past 3 days.

day 1 = 169.6 - 169.8
day 2 = 166 - 166.2
day 3 = 164 - 164.2

any advice is greatly appreciated.

Calories in macros? Or at least what your actual diet looks like..

Also, unless you are eating next to nothing and doing excessive cardio it's fine it's mostly water weight.

At 5'10" at less than 170 pounds, you should NOT be cutting.

Current macros are 80 (F), 250 (C), 180 (P)
Caloric Intake = 2500

Activity level must be pretty high I suppose cause that's quite a lot of food for somebody your stats cutting. Also like WonderPug said... Why are you cutting?

I am not cutting to lose weight but bf. Once I get to a 12-15 bf than I will slowly lean bulk but I feel that my bf levels atm are pretty high. So do you guys think that the loss is to rapid?

At 19, 5' 10" and only 166, if you have 'high' body fat, you can't also have any muscle. If you lose weight, you'll look like a skeleton.

Is that your goal, OP?

If it's not, start eating at a moderate surplus, start training on a good beginner bodybuilding program, and use the hormonal advantage your current age affords you and spend the next couple of years building 20-30 pounds of muscle. That advantage only comes around one time per customer, OP.

3 days is not an accurate window to tell you anything at all, given normal body fluctuations. And ... what WP and IP said in posts #3 and #9, too: cutting is the wrong direction at your age and phys. stats
