View Full Version : someone pls tell me if diet is alright

So hi I'm new to the forums and English is not my main language so a little bio, I'm 22 weigh 142 and I'm 5'5 yes I'm a midget lol been going ti the gym for 9 months and my BF is around 13%, so basically i wanted to know whats your opinion of my current diet what things should I Change etc. Right now my current goal is 10% BF so i can see my abs clearly and getting some size on my arms since they are kinda small but i also want to lower bodyfat while achieving this. So here's my diet (i don't track macros and i know its a bad thing but i just.don't know an easy way to track them).

BReakfast 4 egg whites, one big scoop of cottage cheese, 2 slices of whole wheat bread and 1 slice of low fat ham. I basically make a egg sandwich with all those.
1st snack before gym like 30 mins after breakfast i eat an apple or banana for energy.
Post workout i drink my protein shake and like 3:30 hours after breakfast i eat my second meal which consists of:
1chicken breast with 1/3 of brown rice and some salad consisting of spinach tomato and lettuce with olive oil.

Finally my last meal usually 4 hours after second one consists of either another chicken breast or tilapia one sweet potato and another salad(brocoli or spinach tomatoes and lettuce) last meal is usually around 5 pm -6 pm

Then late night is where the problem comes where i get really hungry usually at 11pm and i dont really know what to snack So i eat some peanut butter usually with one slice of whole wheat bread.

So yeah that's my diet its around 1700 cals, what should i adjust from it and what should i snack late night. Any tips are welcome and ty very much
