View Full Version : New Breakfast & Pre Bed meal

Hi guys, Looking for some advice on changing up my breakfast and pre bed meal.

I am looking to gain / maintain lean muscle mass and stay as healthy and athletic as possible.

At the moment I am having...

- BREAKFAST : 100g porridge / 100g frozen berries and a black coffee
- PRE BED : Greek yogurt and a protein shake

Looking to add switch things up because as much as I like that they are both easy I am aware that the breakfast doesnt contain any protein or fat and probably too many carbs. And the pre bed meal is alot of dairy / lactose which my belly doesnt agree with!

Looking for something

- Easy and quick to prepare
- Healthy and tasty
- No lactose / dairy
- Contains enough protein / fats etc
