View Full Version : 4 day Beginner Routine

My schedule is changing and I will no longer have three non-consecutive days to workout. Instead of MWF, I will now have Mon, Tues, Fri, and Sat. Does anyone know of a good program that would fit these days, preferably something that just uses barbell/dumbbells. I'm considering the Simply Shredded routine, but would have to make several modifications since I don't have access to all of the required gym equipment. Thanks!
