Today I did my body weight for five reps on seated ohp and it was after 2 sets of four reps at it (broke down and got a spotter).

I'm going to go up five pound next time (to the dreaded 220 weight because 225 would be too heavy even though it looks 10x as cool) and have someone film it.

I'm quite happy with this!

Its already clear that I will not hit all of my annual goals, but I will continue to work towards them.
