Just 25 lbs since mothers day nothing huge
Aiming for 800 calories and hoping to stay under 1500 is all it took.
60 mins of walking every day may or may not help but is a great way to start the day

For a guy your size to do a 1 hour walk is a heck of an effort. It's pretty easy for someone 1/2 your size to walk for an hour...but that takes much more effort from you and will burn more calories. It may not seem like it yet but eventually those walks will build up your endurance, try to bump up the speed even a tiny bit at a time. Some day you will reap those benefits in the gym. Try some easy squatting too. No weights yet, just try to go down about 1/2 way and come back up. You can even do them up against a wall with a big exercise ball. Keep doing this daily trying to build up strength and endurance. Once you get your legs, there will be no stopping you. In my opinion they are the key to you moving better...
