Anyone ever do this? Benefits?

Today my macros were: 135g fat, 106 carbs, 203 protein. 2500kcals, which is a 500 deficit for me.

Definitely enjoy making a hearty whole egg, bacon, and cheese scramble in the morning!! :)

I am thinking about refeeding on carbs every 4th day... consuming probably 300g carbs then dropping back down towards my current intake of around 100g daily.

You mean keep your bodies primary source of fuel low but not low enough to switch over to using another macro as the primary source? Doesn't sound so optimal...

You're saying I should make the switch to keto then? Fuuuark I don't want to cut carbs all the way.

Either keto or better yet reduce fat and protein intake to 0.45g and around 1g LBM depending how lean you are and fill the rest with carbs which will likely give you around 300g of carbs a day at 2500.

No, it's personal preference how many carbs you eat.

Your body will use fat and carbs as fuel. You don't have to bother with it.

It's fine.

i was doing a 1.5p .5f and a carb slide by 1.5 wk1-2 1wk3 and .5 wk4-5 and worked well for me. now tryin a weekly carb slide with protein and calories stay the same all week with carbs being higher in the start of the week and being reduced through the week then day 6 a bit of a refeed then full carbs on day one. i find the slide keeps me from cheating too hard but seem to always find it happening.

day one 220p 177c 45f lowest
carb day is 220p 44c 80f
