Sup guys, i've been dieting for quite time now. mainly eating vegetables and meat protein sources. i'm looking for new ideas, please post them here!

Oatmeal with a scoop of whey, some milk, and some peanut butter. Every morning.

so much food for just around 500 calories.That is my go-to meal. With a quality oil for both fat, flavor & a high smoke point.
(Occasionally adding Parmesan when macros require/permit)

Delicious as **** - and if it ever gets stale, changing up the veggies is easy.

My go-to meal has got to be bacon, eggs with a cucumber, spinach and tomato sandwich on toast with lots of mayo and a big glass of chocolate milk.

burrito omelet- lean steak jalapeno peppers, red pepper, red onions, salsa and the hottest sauce i can find for the filler. 1/2 cup egg white, 1 egg made as a wrap. top with more hot sauce and cilantro.

Oh you mean any recipe. Try google.

There are no 'cutting' foods or recipes.

If your cutting then eat whatever you feel like. Just stay within your calorie range and hit you macro and micro goals.

I would do this but I try to avoid eating veggies cause I can't find good nutritional info on them anywhere. I don't wanna mis track.
