This is what someone told me today, when i was mentioning bodybuilding to them. I googled and found nothing regarding this issue. Do you think it's true?

PS: Is it normal to eat 12 fish fingers and still feel like you could eat more? Is eating a lot bad for stomach health?

Come on guys. I'm serious here...

It is normal to still be hungry after 12 fish fingers, but depending on your body composition goals you should watch how many calories you're eating. If you really want to eat more fish fingers just do a lot more cardio!

Also, I doubt they ie earlier, I don't think the sports been around long enough to give good data. Maybe it has some effect but I doubt it. I wouldn't let that stop you, just make sure you're doing it right. And if you're susceptible to dietary cholesterol, watch how much of that you eat.

This tends to relate to those who use and abuse illegal substances, and primarily comes down to genetic markers.

There are several studies that show, the more muscle mass you have later in life, that it will actually benefit your life span, mobility and health.
