What a ridiculous question. I understand why you are red. Do you even know what sucralose is?

You want to add protein powder in your cheat meal high in sugar?

You'll immediately become fat OP, be careful.

It is wise to avoid over-consuming all added caloric sweeteners. However, do you know how many calories the sucralose is contributing to your daily intake?

Try this. Ignore the ingredient list on the protein powder. Just look at the calories and macros. You should be able to answer your own question.

Sucralose is one of the most inert artificial sweeteners on the market. Sure, stevia MIGHT be better, but there is no scientific evidence to support that. The only popular artificial sweetener that might have adverse side effects is aspartame, and that is just a speculation. So no, sucralose in your protein powder is not "fattening".
