I Am currently 130 lbs 19 yrs old i lift for 1 hr and do 10 min ab work on monday wednesday and friday on tuesday thursday and saturday i do 30 min hiit and 30 min bike ride how many calories should i have a day to build lean muscle and what macronutrient ratio should i use
