Quick and simple. I've read all the stickies. I understand the nutrition basics. My question is one more of individual needs.

26yrs 6'1ft 212lbs 30%ish body fat from my very rough estimation.

I've calculated my calorie intake at a 20% deficit for weightloss to 2155 dropped it a little lower to 2000 with the macros listed below.

185g protein 740
90g fat 810
112g carb 450

The protein- Usually, I really just don't want to down 185g of protein in a day. Given my high body fat percentage can/should I drop either my calorie intake or protein intake?

My training schedule for the time being is a full body dumbbell workout MWF and I alternate between LISS (generally a 30-1hr jog at the park. Varying terrain) and HIIT cardio sessions (generally 20-30 second sprints in the sand with a slow walk back to my starting position) on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Rest Saturdays and Sundays. 243lb-212lb since the mid January.

You can drop protein intake, it doesn't need to be that high. Use ideal/target weight, or base it off LBM...either way, 150g should be more than necessary.
